We have a plentiful crop left for the following varieties:
MacIntosh, Cortland and Silken.

Please note that some apple varieties may be smaller than usual due to the summer drought, however the apples are still nice and juicy! Thank you for your understanding.

Tractor rides begin at 10:30am.

Royal Orchards is nestled in a tranquil location within the serene surroundings of King City, Ontario. Royal Orchards offers apple picking on 12 acres of luscious land. With 17 years of experience, JC Agri Orchards, our trusted maintenance company, has been dedicated to preserving and enhancing the beauty of this royal estate.

During our harvest season in September–October (weather permitting) we offer apple picking, guided tours, live entertainment, food trucks, a market store carrying local products, tractor rides, play area, photography, fresh pressed cider and more.

Rules of the Orchard
  • Due to the high volume on the weekends, we may have to periodically close our gates once we reach capacity. This is for the safety of our guests and staff. Please respect the attendance at the gates, as we work to open them as quickly as possible. Harassment will not be tolerated! Thank you for your understanding.
  • Safety first. This is a working apple orchard, enjoy your time here while taking care of your own and others health and safety (entering orchard at own risk).
  • For safety reasons, please remain in your vehicle until you reach the admissions area. Our orchard experiences a significant amount of traffic as guests arrive and depart, and this policy helps us manage the flow of vehicles and ensure the safety of all visitors.
  • Parking for Market Store Visitors: If you are visiting the market store only, please park at the designated area at the top of the orchard. Upon entering the orchard, kindly speak to an attendant who will assist you with any information you may need.
  • General Admission $10.00, Seniors $5.00, Children Under 2 are free.
  • Free Admission on Fridays! If you’re visiting solely to pick apples, your admission will be waived.
  • No Refunds.
  • Apples are $2.35/lb.
  • Apples picked are apples purchased – please only pick what you need.

  • Royal Orchards is open Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday 9:00am – 6:00pm. Gates close 30 mins before close.
  • No use of ladders or fruit picker poles.
  • School tours and large groups must be scheduled ahead of time. For further questions, please email k.jcagri@gmail.com
  • This is a farm property, we will have outdoor washrooms available.
  • We recommend bringing in your own picking bags or baskets. Our picking bags are $0.50.
  • Pick only in designated areas, as apples ripen at different times throughout the season.
  • Please watch for fallen apples when walking through the aisles.
  • Please be mindful when visiting our orchard, native pollinators are active in this warm weather. Be careful of bee stings.
  • This is a farm property, we recommend bringing comfortable footwear.
  • Outside food is allowed in our entertainment area, however BBQs and fires are not permitted.
  • We do allow friendly, well-behaved dogs, however they MUST be on leash at all times. Be respectful to others and pick up any droppings.
  • We recommend visiting our farm in the early morning or later in the afternoon. It is first come, first served. We do get quite busy in the afternoons, please be patient with any line-ups as our staff do their best to get everyone into the orchard.
